We realize that items displayed in our store may not look the same once you bring them to your home or office. We want you to be comfortable with your purchase, and we encourage you to "buy and try"!
We have a "no questions asked" return policy. You may return ANY regular-priced item to our store within 30 calendar days of purchase for full refund or exchange. Your original receipt is beneficial, but NOT REQUIRED.
Item must be in brand new condition, with no scratches, dents or blemishes. We do NOT require original packaging for in-store returns.
"Scratch and Dent", "Clearance", or "Closeout" items are NOT RETURNABLE. These items are clearly marked down on the price tag or on your receipt. We reserve the right to refuse the return/refund of any item that was sold at a discount.
Qualified refunds will be issued in the SAME FORM as your original payment. In other words, if you paid CASH you will receive a CASH refund. If you paid by CREDIT CARD you will receive a CREDIT CARD refund.
In some instances you may be issued a refund in the form of a California Decor Store GIFT CERTIFICATE.
Items that we special order for customers (such as furniture or catalog special orders) usually carry a "no obligation to buy" policy. If you see the item in person and don't like the item - someone else will!
Once your Special Request item arrives at our store you have the right to refuse purchase of the item. Any deposits will be refunded to you in the same payment form as the original deposit.
Special Request items carry the same 30-day return policy as regular store items.
On rare occasions a Special Request item may be so customer-specific or hard to find that we will specify it as NON-REFUNDABLE. You will be informed - in writing - of this situation at time of order.
